Shipping policy
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:
- Standard custom orders: 4–10 business days after proof approval
- Laser engraving: 4–7 business days after proof approval
- 3D printing: 7–10 business days after quote and proof approval
- Rush production available on select items — contact us before ordering
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charge)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We ship to military APO and FPO addresses via USPS. As a veteran-owned business, this is something we're proud to offer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days at info@cassatt3dandlaserworks.com with your order number and photos. For lost packages, please allow the carrier's estimated delivery window to pass before reporting, then contact us and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf.
