How do I place a custom order?
Browse our products and click "Request a Custom Order" on any item. You can upload your design, describe what you want, or start from scratch we'll work with you every step of the way.
Can I submit my own design/artwork?
Yes! We accept: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS. For best results, provide files at 300 DPI or higher. If you only have a low-resolution image, contact us and we'll do our best to work with it.
Do I get to see a proof before you print/engrave?
Yes. For all custom orders, we send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. We won't start production until you give us the green light.
Can you help me design something if I don't have artwork?
Absolutely. We offer design assistance just describe what you're looking for and we'll create options for you. Design fees may apply depending on complexity.
What if I want text only (no image)?
Text-only orders are simple and fast! Just let us know your text, preferred font style, and we'll take care of the rest.
Production & Turnaround Times
How long does it take to make my order?
- Standard custom orders: 4–10 business days after proof approval
- Laser engraving: 4–7 business days after proof approval
- 3D printing: 7–10 business days after quote and proof approval
These timelines do not include shipping time.
Do you offer rush orders?

Do you work on weekends?
We process orders Monday–Friday. Orders and messages submitted over the weekend will be responded to on the next business day.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.
Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes — as a veteran-owned business, we are proud to ship to military addresses.
Returns & Quality Guarantee
What is your return policy on custom items?
Because all of our products are made to order and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, we will remake or refund your order at no cost to you.
What if I'm not happy with how my item looks?
We send proofs for approval before production, which helps prevent surprises. If the final item doesn't match the approved proof, we'll make it right immediately. If you simply changed your mind after approving the proof, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us at info@cassatt3dandlaserworks.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll resolve it quickly.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes! We offer volume pricing on orders of 10+ units. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can you make branded merchandise for my business?
Absolutely, corporate and business branding is one of our specialties. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Do you work with dealerships, real estate offices, and government agencies?
Yes! We have specific packages for dealerships, real estate offices, federal government agencies, and other client-gift-oriented businesses. We proudly support the military community and regularly fulfill orders for personnel and offices at nearby Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Ask us about our Custom Dealership, Corporate Gift, and Government/Military programs we can work with government purchase orders and procurement processes.
3D Printing Specific
What materials can you print in?
We print in PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU (flexible). Each material has different strengths, contact us and we'll recommend the best option for your project.
What file format do you need for 3D printing?
We prefer STL or OBJ files. If you have a STEP file or a sketch/photo, we can work from those too. Don't have a file? Describe your idea and we can design it.
What's the maximum print size?
Our printers can handle builds up to approximately 13.8" × 12.6" × 12.8" (350 × 320 × 325 mm). For larger projects, we can often split the model into sections and assemble them.
