Refund policy

At Cassatt 3D and Laser Works, every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Because these products are produced to your specifications and cannot be resold, please review the following policy carefully before approving your proof.

 

All Sales Are Final on Custom Items

All custom and personalized orders are final sale. They are non-refundable and non-returnable once a proof has been approved, because they are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

 

Proof Approval Is Binding

Before we begin production, you will receive a proof to review. By approving your proof, you confirm that all details such as spelling, names, dates, layout, colors, and design are correct. We produce your item exactly as shown in the approved proof. Errors contained in an approved proof are not eligible for refund, replacement, or return, so please review your proof carefully.

 

What We Cover

We stand behind the quality of our work. We will repair or replace your item at no cost if it arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or differs from your approved proof due to an error on our part.

 

To qualify, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery through the contact form on our website with a description of the issue and clear photographs documenting the defect or damage, including photos of the shipping box and packaging if the damage occurred during delivery.

 

Damage caused by the shipping carrier must be documented with photos so we can file the appropriate claim and make it right.

 

Returns and Return Shipping

If, after reviewing your report, we approve a return to repair or replace your item, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will repair or replace it promptly.

 

Refunds

Our standard remedy is repair or replacement. In the rare event we are unable to repair or replace an item, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before proof approval and before production has begun. Once a proof is approved and production starts, the order can no longer be canceled.
